How Much to Live in San Francisco's Pacific Heights?
In our weekly departure from DC-related real estate fare, we head 3,000 miles west to San Francisco to see if you can guess the price of a three-bedroom flat in the city’s Pacific Heights neighborhood.
The flat measures out at about 1,350 square feet and has been completely remodeled. There is a very bright living room with a set of bay windows, as well as a dining room with built-ins and three good-sized bedrooms. The property has a small yard and a deck large enough for a table and a couple chairs. There is a parking space for the unit in the complex garage as well as additional storage space.
If you have a guess, just post it in the comments section below. Compared to New York, San Francisco is probably the most expensive city in the U.S. to live in, however this property does not have the hefty price tag of most properties in Pacific Heights. OK, no more hints…and don’t go trolling San Francisco property listings looking for the answer.
